Hardwood
Recommended for: living spaces
Hardwood is one of the most popular types of flooring, and for a good reason. Although it is more expensive than some options, it increases your home’s value enough that it still has an excellent return on your investment. It is durable, and it can be resurfaced every 3-5 years to remove any scrapes and scratches that are accrued; for renovations, hardwoods can be patched and refinished to match, making them more cost-effective than many floorings. Tile

Laminate
